Community Collection Bin Information
ARW appreciates your donations toward our mission to fight and prevent hunger and homelessness in our community. When you donate your items in our community collection bins, there are a few dos and don’ts we ask you to follow in order to properly donate your gently used items. This ensures that your donations benefit our mission, as you intended. For any questions about these dos or don'ts, call us at 570-323-8401.
Do:
- Donate only clothing
- Put clothing into bags
- Check bin to see if it is actually full
- Call 570-323-8401 if the bin is too full to make your donation
- Call 570-323-8401 ext. 1 to schedule a FREE house call for non-clothing donations
Don't:
- Place loose items of clothing into bins
- Place glass items into bins
- Place trash into bins
- Leave items outside of bins
- Donate non-clothing items into bins
